The Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes is organizing the promotion of the upcoming Marie Skłodowska - Curie Action for Postdoctoral Fellowships competition, with the aim of introducing participants to the new competition rules and opportunities for postdoctoral researchers.
We are pleased to invite you to the online MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships Info Day, which will be held on Tuesday, May 17th, 2022 from 10.00 am to 12.00 am through the Zoom Platform. A preliminary programme of the Info Day is available.
At Info Day, the rules of the Postdoctoral Fellowships competition, the ERA4Ukraine Scholarship Initiative, and an analysis of the participation of Croatian applicants in the MSCA will be presented by Sandra Vidović. The evaluation process and useful tips for writing a project proposal will be presented by dr.sc. Nella Lonza. Additionally, Ivan Makovec will present the EURAXESS tools for career development and networking opportunities for postdoctoral students and scientific organizations: EURAXESS portal (Hosting offers), Funding & Tendersopportunities. The national support system and measures to strengthen national participation in EU programmes will be presented by Zorana Barišić, national coordinator of national contact persons of the Ministry of Science and Education.
The Info Day is primarily intended for:
- novice researchers considering applying for an MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship,
- experienced applicants, i.e. researchers who re-apply for MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships,
- potential Croatian mentors and leaders of research teams who want to host foreign postdoctoral students,
- administrative staff involved in the process of writing and submitting project proposals and
- other representatives of scientific organizations and research centers as well as interested representatives of industry and the private sector.

Applications are open until May 15th, 2022.
To make our Info Day as interactive as possible, and to give you enough time to prepare and ask questions for our speakers, we have opened a Q&A session in the Slido app that will be active from May 6th, 202,2 until the end of the Info Day. The link to the Zoom platform will be provided to participants at a later date after the registration closes.
