Due to the situation caused by the spreading of coronavirus (COVID-19), all communication between foreign citizens and the Croatian Ministry of the Interior shall take place via e-mail. All foreign citizens in Croatian waiting for their residence and work permits to be resolved can legally reside in Croatiawhile their requests are pending. Upon the approval of residence and work permits, foreign citizens shall be contacted by the Ministry of the Interior via e-mail on further steps i.e. issuance of the biometric stay card/biometric stay permit.
