MSCA2020.HR Video Conference, 19th June 2020!

Within the Croatian Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the Ministry of Science and Education together with the Agency of Mobility and EU Programmes is organizing the video conference named MSCA2020.hr: MSCA Impact and Future Challenges. The conference will be held on 19th June 2020.

The conference was initially planned earlier, on 27th and 28th April 2020 in Zagreb. Due to the spreading of the corona virus (COVID-19), it was postponed. The Ministry of Science and Education with the cooperation with the Agency of Mobility and EU Programmes decided to adapt the concept of the conference and make it as a video conference.

The goals of the MSCA2020.hr: MSCA Impact and Future Challenges conference are to demonstrate the impact and importance of Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions on researchers and on the strengthening of the European Research Area.

Under the Croatian presidency priority, A Europe that develops, by strengthening skills and competitiveness, the Conference will focus on balanced mobility of scientists and researchers, promoting lifelong, high-quality learning as well as developing skills for jobs of the future.

Within the Conference, the MSCA Awards are organized. Among excellent MSCA Fellows, three finalists are selected within the three categories. Finalists videos are available on the project's website and voting will be held during the Conference.

The conference aims to bring together scientific community, experts and evaluators, representatives from non-academic sector, representatives from European Commission, Horizon2020 National Contact Points and Programme Committee members, Member States policy makers, officials and stakeholders from across Europe to have high-level discussions platform on the impact of the MSCA on brain circulation and transformed research landscape.
