Within the Croatian Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the Ministry of Science and Education together with the Agency of Mobility and EU Programmes organized the video conference named MSCA2020.hr: MSCA Impact and Future Challenges.

During the Conference a document named “Zagreb Call for Action 2020 on Brain Circulation” was introduced. This document is focused on achieving balanced brain circulation in Europe throughout a sustainable system of measures related to retaining, attracting, mobilisation, empowerment and rewarding talents in Europe.
As a wrap up of the Conference, MSCA2020hr Award winners were announced: Francesca Riva, Marco Miniaci and Judit Chamorro Servent. Short biographies of the winners, videos and short descriptions of the projects are available on the official website of the MSCA2020.hr conference.
