Fundación Española para la Ciencia y la Tecnología (FECYT) from Spayin has developed mentoring program called REBECA (REsearchers BEyond aCAdemia) as part of the EURAXESS TOP IV project. REBECA was successfully piloted at the Spanish national level as part of the EURAXESS TOP IV project and is being implemented transnationally in the current EURAXESS Hubs project, with all EURAXESS network members invited to participate.
The call for mentors engaged in research work outside the academic sector and who will then be linked to researchers at an early stage of their careers preferably from other countries with whom they will discuss possible professional alternatives, will be open until November 25th, 2021.
