The laws relating to stay and work of foreigners in Croatia have been amended and under these changes, the validity of stay and work permits for third-country nationals and EEA nationals and members of their families expired at 11. 3. 2020. (when the risk of corona epidemic in the Republic of Croatia was declared) is extended for the entire duration of the corona epidemic.
New applications for these permits can be submitted within 30 days from the date of the declaration of cessation of the corona epidemic.
