The Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes, together with project partners The Research Council of Norway from Norway, The British Council from the United Kingdom, and Bay Zoltán Nonprofit Ltd. for Applied Research from Hungary, participates in the implementation of the EURAXESS Hubs project, which, among other things, explores new ways to encourage teenagers (14 to 18 years) to engage in science and scientific research careers. Various project activities discuss the possibilities of use and the presence of researchers on different types of social media ("SoMe").

In this regard, AMPEU is co-organizing a webinar on the use of social media in order to stimulate the interest of teenagers in science and scientific research careers. Along with the other presenters, a Croatian researcher presenting her social media channels will be Dr. Lana Ceraj. Dr. Ceraj is an astrophysicist from the Ruđer Bošković Institute and a founder of the acclaimed Facebook and Instagram profiles "U lovu na kozmičke zvijeri",  through which she popularizes science among Croatian audiences.

The webinar will take place on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, from 11.00 to 13:30, via the Zoom platform. If you are interested in attending, you can register at the following link: https://bit.ly/3ao4ZbN.

Join the webinar and see what a fusion of social media and science looks like firsthand!
